Return Policy

Exchanges & account credits related to dog and cat food/treats are handled on a case-by-case basis. Food/Treat items must be in their original packaging and w/in 7 days of purchase for consideration.

Frozen items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Hard goods such as harnesses, leashes and collars must have original tag and must be in new condition. Items much be received w/in 7 days of purchase. 

Toys are not indestructible therefore are non-returnable.
